Abby earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Grove City College in 2023, where she also minored in nutrition. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Mount Union, graduating in May 2026.
During Abby's time at Grove City College she competed in cross country and track & field. Her background as a runner has helped shape her interest in helping others stay active and return to the activities they love.
