Paula is uniquely qualified to help you on your path to your best health and self. She possesses a Master’s of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in four disciplines of Nutrition from Penn State University. Her well-rounded education and 25 years of experience as a Health and Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer enable her to create individualized nutrition and exercise programs for your personal goals.

She loves to help others learn about nutrition and exercise and how to apply both for a balanced, sustainable, lifelong plan to achieve optimum health. In her practice, she has had the pleasure of working with young children and seniors. For her, watching a 95-year-old regain core strength and balance to kneel beside her bed and pray is as rewarding as watching a young runner shave a minute off of their mile time through proper lifting and cardio training. She desires to help you find the motivation to maintain the functional fitness required to live your best life!
