Steph Croll, CSCS

Steph began her strength training and sports performance journey in 8th grade, quickly recognizing its benefits and developing a passion for helping others achieve the same.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Nutrition minor from Grove City College in May 2021. While at Grove City, Steph was an active member of the Women’s Golf and Basketball teams, the Exercise Science Club, and worked in the college weight room. She also earned her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification during this time. Early in her college career, Steph underwent two knee surgeries, which gave her firsthand experience and the opportunity to shadow Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers treating a variety of injuries.

Steph has completed sports performance internships with UPMC and AHN, gaining valuable experience in designing programs for individuals of all ages, abilities, and sports. She has also worked in the YMCA’s sports and youth & family departments. Currently, she works part-time at D1 Training in Cranberry, coaching athletes of all ages and sports through both group and personal training sessions.
